“Absolutely gorgeous. The only place you should stay in Blackpool.”
My husband and I stayed at Four Rooms for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and we both loved it so much we are planning another visit. Not only just to stay in the beautiful B&B but to see the amazing owners Michael and Paul again.
Four Rooms defiantly lives up to its 5 star rating and more some.
We stayed in the Autumn suite and the Summer suite. The rooms are stunning and have a really top quality finish to them and the soft furnishings are very pretty. You can see a lot of thought, love and care has gone into each room.
The rooms are very clean I literally can not fault a thing.
I loved the large selection of different teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the most beautiful little boxes and the fact you get fresh milk and glass bottled water in the mini fridge.
Again all the little touches such as, bath robes, slippers, hair dryers and ear plugs are very nice as well as a box of bits and bobs you might need to use during your stay.
The beds come with chocolate on the pillows and are huge and super comfortable and the bedding feels and smells amazing. We both had the best nights sleep. On the bed side table there is also an iPod docking station.
The bathrooms are lovely, the towels are really nice and thick and again smell amazing. we couldn’t get over how much we loved the showers and jets, they are so big (if you wanted you could easily fit two people and still have loads of room) and the water pressure is really good. There is a bath in the Summer suite as well as a shower and it is huge and very stylish. Again the little details are lovely such as the pots of cotton wool and buds, feminine hygiene towels, shower caps, showers gels, hand wash and cream.
There is a very nice menu for breakfast that you fill out each night and drop downstairs ready for the morning. The food is very very tasty and again we couldn’t fault a thing. My husband had a full English breakfast the first day and eggs benedict on the last two days, he loved it and said the eggs benedict was the best he’d had.
When booking if you state any dietary needs Michael and Paul are happy to accommodate for you. I had two lovely full English vegetarian breakfast and home made bread for toast.. very yummy.
The owners Michael and Paul are the loveliest people you could ever meet and will quickly become good friends. Nothing is to much hassle for them, they treat you like family. When we arrived and mentioned we’d come for our anniversary they presented us with a bottle of bubbly and on the day of our actual anniversary left us a present and card on our bed, we were very touched by this and thought it was so lovely of them to go to the trouble. They are such beautiful and kind people as you will find if you stay with them. They looked after us so well, we were sad we had to leave.
I would 100% recommend anyone stay here it by far out shines all the other B&B’s and is only a stones throw from the attractions.
