Being a Guest in their House; not staing in a Guest House This place is something else! If you want high end luxury, attention to detail, exquisite design and decor, the feel of a 5 star London hotel room, creative and delicious food and all delivered by two guys who quickly seem like long term friends, then I'd stay at Four Rooms! Paul & Michael have nailed this market. We have never seen a hotel / guest house like this one which is completely unique and an experience in itself. We went to Blackpool for a 3 day music fesival so we researched a lot and decided to spend 3 nights at Four Rooms (Sept 26). What a result - we now talk more about the our time there than about the festival! Highlights / reasons to visit are too numerous to list in full but here are a few; - Welcome from Michael & Paul - there to greet us at the door and help with parking - Free & secure parking for all 4 rooms (CCTV) - Immaculately clean (no outdoor shoe policy in all rooms) - Stunning decor & design everywhere - bedrooms, hallway, breakfast room - Breakfast choice & taste was incredible & is a credit to the Chef (Paul) - Individuality of each room (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) - all themed with colour, style and even your own bespoke table in the breakfast room - Feeling of total quality right down to the tissue paper - The feel of being "at home" when you unlock the front door However, the best thing about our stay was meeting Michael & Paul and making new friends. They know Blackpool, they know quality and they have mastered hospitality like no others we have met. Summary of review = Very Highy Recommend

1st class stay This place is amazing from the moment we meet Micheal 1 of the owners was like we had known him for years so friendly him and Paul have everything you need free car parking outside lovely rooms with everything you need even iron your clothes if needed breakfast first class for the service you get for the price you would struggle to beat it one of nicest places I have stopped at if in Blackpool again will definitely be back.

Absolutely Outstanding – The Best Guest House We’ve Ever Stayed In! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived at Four Rooms Guest House in Blackpool, we knew we were somewhere very special. Paul and Michael are the most wonderful hosts and their attention to detail is simply exceptional. From the moment you enter the premises and they ask you to remove your shoes and are given a new, sealed, pair of slippers . The guest house is absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented and maintained to an incredibly high standard. Yet despite being so perfect, it still has that warm, welcoming feeling that makes you feel completely at home. Every single detail has clearly been thought about, and nothing is too much trouble. Paul and Michael genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and memorable. And then there’s the breakfast… quite simply, it was off the scale! The choice was fantastic, the quality of the ingredients was superb and the presentation was exceptional. It was without doubt one of the best breakfasts Ive have ever had at a guest house. Four Rooms isn’t just somewhere to stay, it’s an experience. The combination of the immaculate accommodation, incredible attention to detail, wonderful hospitality and outstanding breakfast makes this place genuinely exceptional. Worth it's 5* rating Well situated for all of Blackpools attractions, a super choice for a short break, very well maintained throughout and a wonderful breakfast. Off road parking was a bonus, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

Incredibly high standard in every aspect! My husband and I have never received such a genuinely warm and friendly welcome in all of our years of travelling and staying at hotels and guesthouses. Our bedroom was beautiful - very spacious and airy - and exceptionally clean. The en-suite bathroom was spotless, with Christy towels and Elemis hand, bath and shower products. Michael and Paul have thought of everything to ensure that their guests have a luxurious stay. We stayed at FourRooms for 3 nights, and the cooked breakfasts were out of this world; utterly delicious! It is clear that Michael and Paul are in a league of their own when it comes to hospitality; they are totally committed to giving their guests the very best holiday experience possible. Thank you so much for being the icing on the cake of our wonderful break away, which included walking in the Forest of Bowland, exploring Blackpool’s famous promenade and beach, and enjoying a couple of gigs at The Waterloo Music Bar.

Outstanding B & B Blackpool Central location easy to access Blackpools attractions. Superb B&B definitely deserves its 5 star Gold! Michael and Paul were fantastic hosts friendly and extremely helpful which created a wonderful atmosphere . Exceptionally clean and tidy . Breakfast was second to none, nothing was too much trouble cooked to perfection, thank you Paul. There are 4 Rooms to choose from and each one was decorated to a very high standard, you could feel the love and care that has gone into creating each one of them, they have managed to cut out the noisy hustle and bustle of Blackpool. I can highly recommend this establishment, (felt like home) to anyone wanting to spend time in luxury whilst staying in Blackpool. Definitely value for money, look forward to our next stay there.

Second Visit Booked a different room this time (Summer) as ever was immaculate and such attention to detail. Lovely large room with a massive comfy bed. Fantastic on suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Fab Breakfast and great banter with the owner's who should be very proud of the "Four Rooms" Free Parking a bonus and just a short walk to Blackpool centre.

My Favourite BnB Beautiful small BnB with nice and well equipped rooms. The hosts take good care for their guests and will provide you with a lot of useful tips. The breakfast is delicious, the vegetarian Full English is a good choice and served with homemade bread. Highly recommended! I stay here for years now, best place ever.

Best in Blackpool by far Stayed in the Winter room for a second time. The standards here are fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic. Paul cooks top class poached eggs and highly recommend the Parmesan bread. Great stay again thank you Michael and Paul.

Absolutely fabulous Our second visit to The Four Rooms and we weren’t disappointed. Michael & Paul are just incredible hosts, their home is spotless and breakfast is just delicious. Paul makes the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and the produce is top notch. If that isn’t enough I guarantee your stay will be full of fun and laughter. There really is nowhere else we would stay in Blackpool other than The Four Rooms.

No Better Bed and Breakfast than this - ANYWHERE This hotel was a complete revelation to us. From the time we arrived with a greeting from both hosts and parked the car in the provided space, to the moment we left with a friendly wave and a promise to return, we realised how amazing this hotel is. It is VERY special, incredibly clean with spacious luxurious rooms, and the most fantastic breakfast menu which really does contain something for everyone, from a traditional full English to eggs Benedict or kippers or a beautiful stuffed mushroom dish amongst others. Everything looked brand new and of excellent quality. Yes there are “house rules” but they are there for a reason, and added to the quality and comfort of our stay. The hosts were friendly and quite obviously had an immense amount of experience both in their treatment of guests and their cooking of very delicious food. Overall, the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. Well done.

Perfect couples up market b n b ! Fabulous location close to town , walking distance and great easy parking . Greeted warmly when you arrive two lovely chaps running it , liked the phone call before we arrived to discuss our plans and purpose of the trip . They were great explaining the room all the features , how to order breakfast huge bathroom and Elemis toiletries provided ! The best boutique place ever !

Four Rooms This was our first stay at the Four Rooms and we were really impressed. We had a lovely warm welcome from Michael and Paul and the room (spring) was lovely with everything super clean with quality bedding and towels. The breakfast choice was fantastic and the quality superb. We would definitely recommend the Four Rooms to anyone.

Fab place to stay Just home after a great 3 night stay at the FourRooms . A fab place to stay it really was immaculate We stayed in the Autumn room beautifully decorated with very very comfortable bed the bedding and towels and robes were so soft too. Excellent shower , toiletries and everything you could need was there, slippers too. There was a excellent selection of teas and coffees hot chocolate and biscuits as well as fresh milk bottled water in minifridge. So many breakfast choices all served freshly cooked were delicious with home baked breads . The parmesan bread was delicious . We also had the picnic lunch which was left all freshly made in our fridge so much food very welcome after our days and nights of dancing. Paul and Michael were great hosts nothing too much trouble and their home is beautiful Very quiet with your own parking space . Such a good time have already booked to go back.Can highly recommend this great little place to stay

Not a Stereotypical Blackpool Guest House We first stayed at a typical Blackpool guest house over 50 years ago which was not a great experience !!! 50 years later we got tickets to see Sparks at The Winter Gardens and rather than stay at a Premier Inn etc decided to give the Blackpool Guest House experience another try. After a lot of searching online (which was unfortunately not available in the 70's) we found The FourRooms. This is definitely not a Stereotypical Blackpool Guest House, it was an absolute revelation and far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the front door by Michael and Paul, two of the loveliest most genuine people you could ever wish to meet, who showed us to our room, all the rooms are named and themed after the Seasons, ours was The Winter Room at the top of the building with a wonderful view of The Tower. Michael and Paul have gone to great lengths and have provided every conceivable item to make your stay special, huge double bed, large flat screen tv, mini fridge with bottles of water, tea coffee and biscuits, luxury bathroom with robes, leather sofa and it was all absolutely spotless. There was also a multitude of different choices for breakfast which included home made bread, we had a "Full English" which was cooked to perfection 🙂 Next time your in Blackpool give the faceless corporate hotel chains a miss and stay at The Four Rooms you won't regret it and you will definitely not wait 50 years to come back.
