Fabulous place to stay, highly recommended Michael and Paul are excellent hosts. Warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Four rooms is an oasis in Blackpool and once in your very high standard room you feel warm and cosited. Breakfast is amazing and the standard of items in the room are fabulous. Will definitely return very soon.

Weekend break Ok where to start. Location....excellent for what we wanted. Nothing to far to walk. Cleanliness... wow. Just spotless. Rooms... fantastic... very big and well equipped. Very nice beds, very comfy. Nothing cheap, tea, coffee etc. Outside noise ... zero Hosts.... Well.. erm... lovely, quite a character and that is no way a negative. Lots of rules explained to you, some may find excessive but some may need them explaining. We had no issue... it's what keeps the place immaculate. The owners take great pride in what they've created and want to keep it that way. Rightly so. If you want a lesser standard I'm sure they're plently of places with stains on the carpets and dirty linen etc. Breakfast. Amazing.. all fresh and no expense spared. Overall. .... Great place to stay if your used to the nicer things in life. Would we go back ... YES.

FourRooms – Simply Amazing! We first started visiting FourRooms back in November 2015 and continued to return until 2018, when we moved down south. Unfortunately, life, Covid and circumstances meant we couldn’t return for quite some time. Now that we’ve moved back up north, we’re absolutely delighted to be able to visit again! When we first discovered FourRooms, we honestly thought Michael and Paul couldn’t possibly improve on what they had already achieved. But WOW… how wrong could we have been! FourRooms is even more amazing than we remembered, and it’s almost impossible to put into words just how special this place is. From the moment you arrive, you receive the BIGGEST welcome ever. Michael and Paul have a wonderful way of making you feel so special, genuinely cared for and completely at home. We stayed in the Winter Suite, which we always thought was fabulous, but the new décor has made it even more stunning. The room and bathroom are absolutely immaculate, with so much attention to detail. There’s a wonderful selection of teas and coffees, delicious biscuits and fresh milk in your room — all those little touches that make such a difference. And then there’s breakfast! Paul’s creations are simply AMAZING. Everything is delicious, and the fact that he even makes his own bread takes it to another level. If you stay here, you absolutely MUST try the sun-dried tomato and Parmesan cheese bread it’s gorgeous! It’s not just the beautiful rooms or the incredible breakfasts that make FourRooms so special; it’s Michael and Paul themselves. The warmth, care and attention they put into everything make your stay truly memorable. You arrive feeling welcome, you’re looked after throughout your stay, and when it’s time to leave, you really don’t want to go! After 19 visits, you’d think the excitement might wear off, but quite the opposite. We’re so happy to be back and can’t wait to return time and time again. And of course, we mustn’t forget the gorgeous little Jack Russells, Ruby and Amber! They add even more love and character to FourRooms and are part of what makes the whole experience so special. Excellent Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, the welcome was absolutely brilliant. Michael even came outside and moved the parking post so we could park the car, which immediately made us feel looked after. Michael and Paul are both incredibly friendly, and it genuinely felt like nothing would be too much trouble for them. My wife and I stayed in the Autumn Room, which was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. As it was our wedding anniversary, I had arranged with Michael to put a bottle of Prosecco in our room while we were out. When we returned, not only was the Prosecco there, but they had also left us an anniversary card, which we thought was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Breakfast ordering was really easy and efficient. You simply marked down what you wanted on a sheet, selected the time you wanted breakfast and handed it in before 6pm. Then all you had to do was turn up the following morning and enjoy! They also made sandwiches for us to come back to after our night out. Again, we just marked down what we wanted beforehand, and there they were waiting for us when we got back. Such a great little extra. Michael and Paul are genuinely lovely, friendly people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Even Amber and Ruby, their dogs, are incredibly friendly and seem to want an endless supply of tickles! We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have felt more welcome. It's the little personal touches that really make a place special, and Michael and Paul certainly know how to look after their guests. We would happily stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you both for helping to make our anniversary stay so special!

An absolute gem - we will definitely be back! We stayed at Four Rooms Blackpool as a couple for the weekend. We were originally due to see a comedian who unfortunately cancelled, but as we had already booked, we decided to make the most of the weekend and we are so glad we did! We initially found Four Rooms by scouring the internet for somewhere with fantastic reviews and close to the centre of Blackpool, and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, Michael and Paul were absolutely fantastic. You can tell how much pride they take in their home and in welcoming their guests. They work incredibly hard, and it really shows in every little detail. This isn't your average B&B, and it's certainly not a big hotel chain — it's a beautifully kept home where you are welcomed with warmth and genuinely made to feel like they want you to enjoy not just your stay, but your whole Blackpool experience. We booked the Winter Suite, and wow! What a wonderful room. It was incredibly spacious, spotless and beautifully thought out, with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay and then plenty of extras you probably didn't even realise you needed! The finer details really stood out to us. From the luggage holders, dressing table and perfectly positioned mirror, to the drawers and plenty of hangers. The bed linen was beautifully ironed and fitted perfectly. Even the TV has been thought about - you don't have to move whether you're sitting on either side of the bed or relaxing in the lounge area. If you've stayed in the Winter Suite, you'll know exactly what I mean! 😂 Michael is also incredibly talented with his creations, and there is so much care and attention to detail throughout the property. We noticed that previous guests have mentioned the little signs around the property. Honestly, we had absolutely no issue with them whatsoever. In fact, we felt they fitted perfectly with the exceptionally high standards of the place. They are small, thoughtfully positioned reminders to help keep everything looking as wonderful as it does for the many guests who stay there. After all, when someone has put so much love, time and effort into their home, it's understandable that they want guests to respect it. We certainly didn't find them intrusive - they actually added to how seamlessly everything is run. The breakfast ordering system is another example of how well thought out everything is. The menu is straightforward but gives you plenty of choice, and there's even a notes section if you need to add anything. You are given plenty of time to carefully make your selections before leaving them for Michael and Paul to prepare. It's simple, organised and clearly designed to make things easy for everyone. We had breakfast and a takeaway lunch – both wonderful and fresh! The welcome pack was another lovely touch, with useful information and even restaurant recommendations. It really feels like they have thought about the whole experience rather than simply providing somewhere to sleep like a lot do. And then there's Michael himself — absolutely hilarious! 😂 Both Michael and Paul were so friendly, kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The whole stay felt personal, warm and relaxed. The car parking space was also a great added bonus. Four Rooms is somewhere that clearly goes the extra mile not because they have to, but because they choose to. That's what makes the difference. We had such a lovely stay and couldn't recommend Four Rooms highly enough. If you're looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, welcoming and full of those little thoughtful touches, look no further. Lovely rooms and a cracking breakfast, but not a restful stay We stayed in three of the rooms with a group of friends, and booked because of the wall-to-wall 5 star reviews. The accommodation is very good for a B&B, though not quite the perfection the owners would have you believe (rusty towel rail in the bathroom, a cracked floor tile and some grubby grouting). The beds are comfortable, and the bed linen and amenities are excellent. Breakfast was superb, a great choice and plenty of it. What let the stay down was the rules. There are a LOT of them, many fairly obvious, and they're read to you in full at check-in, which took a good 25 minutes (not ideal after a long journey). If you're thinking of booking, I'd suggest reading the rules on their website first so you know what you're signing up for. They're then reinforced by an endless supply of notices and labels around the building, nearly all telling you what you can't do. We counted 11 in our room alone, some of them pretty petty ("don't grab the curtain" being a favourite). Our room was also entered and checked while we were out, and even minor "transgressions" were pointed out to us afterwards (a chair had been moved). There's even a sort of "roll of shame" for guests who've broken the rules, which felt a bit much for a weekend away. The welcome from the owners was very effusive, with hugs etc. , which some guests may find a bit much. To be fair, they're clearly very proud of what they've built, and I suspect they genuinely believe the rules are justified, but the effect is that you feel like you're being policed rather than welcomed. The breakfast order form isn't very clear, and one of our friends (85) ticked the wrong box. When she said she didn't think she'd ordered what arrived, one of the owners quickly produced her order sheet and said, quite loudly, that they'd made exactly what she asked for. A quiet swap of the dish would have been far kinder. So, a very good room and an excellent breakfast, but with all the rule checking and signs it felt more like staying in a rulebook than relaxing. All three of our rooms agreed we wouldn't return or recommend it.

Fantastic. We had a fantastic stay here . We were shown round all the rooms which were immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. So many little extras in the rooms and extra touches available . The guys will even iron your clothes if desired ! On arrival we rang the bell and our host came out and sorted our parking space for us which is such a bonus in central Blackpool. The purpose of are visit was to watch a show at The Winter Gardens which the hotel is ideally located as a base. There was a tremendous choice at breakfast we went for the full English which was superb , all quality ingredients cooked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay so much , I rang back within a hour of getting home and rebooked . Thanks for a great time.

A perfect stay. Everything was high quality, perfect hosts, great location. We stayed here for two nights in the Autumn suite and had an amazing time. Centrally located within an easy walk of almost everywhere and parking comes included with the room. We received a lovely warm welcome from Paul and Michael and were immediately treated like friends. Everything here was immaculately clean and of a very high standard. The beds were huge and ridiculously comfortable with luxurious cotton sheets. The rooms had we gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need with a massive selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is even a mini fridge which I know is important to some people for medication. The bathroom was huge, spotlessly clean and had great water pressure with an amazing shower and bath. Breakfast was deserving of the awards it had won with an excellent choice of hot and cold food and plenty of it, all freshly cooked by Paul. We definitely look forward to returning next time we are in Blackpool and would highly recommend anybody who gets the chance to stay at Four Rooms.

Excellent stay in Blackpool Very enjoyable stay at FourRooms in Blackpool. Our hosts Michael and Paul were wonderful hosts and very attentive to our every need. The room was spotless and the super king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was huge and I could only manage a half portion on our second morning. I can thoroughly recommend the stuffed mushrooms for breakfast. Will definitely want to stay here again for our next visit to Blackpool.

Bathrobes and gorgeous smelling towels too! Great water pressure in the shower. The room was spotless. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault. Don't like Blackpool but LOVE Four Rooms This was our 3rd stay at Four Rooms and our first in the Winter Suite- which is now our new favourite room. We are not fans of Blacpool per se, but there are events that we like to attend there and knowing they allow us to stay at Four Rooms make them all the more enjoyable. There is nothing bad that can be said about this place, Paul and Michael are so helpful and welcoming from booking to departure. The place is immaculate. The rooms are so comfortable you don't actually want to go outside. And the breakfast is always amazing. If you are visiting Blackpool I would definitely recommend making this your place to stay.

A friendly stay in a well appointed, spotless B&B with excellent breakfast. Very convenient for our concert at the Winter Gardens, with the added benefit of offroad parking. Michael and Paul are perfect hosts, and made us feel very welcome. They are obviously very proud of their B&B and all that it has to offer, and maintain it in a way that justifies this. Comfy bed, good facilities in the room with ample tea and coffee choices. Spotless, spacious bathroom with Elemis toiletries. Breakfast, where do I start? We had good quality, freshly ground coffee made in front of us. The breakfast choices were very good, and for those that prefer offerings in addition to what looked like an excellent 'full English', we had plenty of choice. Eggs Benedict were very good, as was the mushrooms and sausage offering.

FourRooms Blackpool Had another excellent stay at FourRooms in Blackpool. Stayed in the same room as last year The Autumn Suite all the rooms are named after the four seasons. The room is lovely and the hosts Michael and Paul are very attentive as always they make you feel comfortable. The room has all the amenities you require eg Tea Coffee Bottled Water and the bathroom is fantastic with a jet shower big enough for two people and high quality hand wash shampoo and body wash as well as the small things like cotton buds and cotton balls, they have put a lot of thought into all your needs. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Blackpool Tower and other attractions. The FourRooms is well worth the price and we will definitely stay again next year

Highest quality and a comfortable stay, - Again. One again, another great weekend staying at the Four Rooms and being looked after by Michael & Paul. Ideally situated within a short walking distance from the Town Centre and Theatres. Cleanliness of all areas is evident and the Room (Spring) was decorated to the highest standard with all the facilities that would be expected. Michael and Paul were as friendly and welcoming as ever and the Breakfast was second to none (Thanks Paul). We look forward to returning next time we are in Blackpool.

Being a Guest in their House; not staing in a Guest House This place is something else! If you want high end luxury, attention to detail, exquisite design and decor, the feel of a 5 star London hotel room, creative and delicious food and all delivered by two guys who quickly seem like long term friends, then I'd stay at Four Rooms! Paul & Michael have nailed this market. We have never seen a hotel / guest house like this one which is completely unique and an experience in itself. We went to Blackpool for a 3 day music fesival so we researched a lot and decided to spend 3 nights at Four Rooms (Sept 26). What a result - we now talk more about the our time there than about the festival! Highlights / reasons to visit are too numerous to list in full but here are a few; - Welcome from Michael & Paul - there to greet us at the door and help with parking - Free & secure parking for all 4 rooms (CCTV) - Immaculately clean (no outdoor shoe policy in all rooms) - Stunning decor & design everywhere - bedrooms, hallway, breakfast room - Breakfast choice & taste was incredible & is a credit to the Chef (Paul) - Individuality of each room (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) - all themed with colour, style and even your own bespoke table in the breakfast room - Feeling of total quality right down to the tissue paper - The feel of being "at home" when you unlock the front door However, the best thing about our stay was meeting Michael & Paul and making new friends. They know Blackpool, they know quality and they have mastered hospitality like no others we have met. Summary of review = Very Highy Recommend

Paul and Michael genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and memorable. Worth it's 5* rating Well situated for all of Blackpools attractions, a super choice for a short break, very well maintained throughout and a wonderful breakfast. Off road parking was a bonus, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

Incredibly high standard in every aspect! My husband and I have never received such a genuinely warm and friendly welcome in all of our years of travelling and staying at hotels and guesthouses. Our bedroom was beautiful - very spacious and airy - and exceptionally clean. The en-suite bathroom was spotless, with Christy towels and Elemis hand, bath and shower products. Michael and Paul have thought of everything to ensure that their guests have a luxurious stay. We stayed at FourRooms for 3 nights, and the cooked breakfasts were out of this world; utterly delicious! It is clear that Michael and Paul are in a league of their own when it comes to hospitality; they are totally committed to giving their guests the very best holiday experience possible. Thank you so much for being the icing on the cake of our wonderful break away, which included walking in the Forest of Bowland, exploring Blackpool’s famous promenade and beach, and enjoying a couple of gigs at The Waterloo Music Bar.

Outstanding B & B Blackpool Central location easy to access Blackpools attractions. Superb B&B definitely deserves its 5 star Gold! Michael and Paul were fantastic hosts friendly and extremely helpful which created a wonderful atmosphere . Exceptionally clean and tidy . Breakfast was second to none, nothing was too much trouble cooked to perfection, thank you Paul. There are 4 Rooms to choose from and each one was decorated to a very high standard, you could feel the love and care that has gone into creating each one of them, they have managed to cut out the noisy hustle and bustle of Blackpool. I can highly recommend this establishment, (felt like home) to anyone wanting to spend time in luxury whilst staying in Blackpool. Definitely value for money, look forward to our next stay there.

Second Visit Booked a different room this time (Summer) as ever was immaculate and such attention to detail. Lovely large room with a massive comfy bed. Fantastic on suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Fab Breakfast and great banter with the owner's who should be very proud of the "Four Rooms" Free Parking a bonus and just a short walk to Blackpool centre.

My Favourite BnB Beautiful small BnB with nice and well equipped rooms. The hosts take good care for their guests and will provide you with a lot of useful tips. The breakfast is delicious, the vegetarian Full English is a good choice and served with homemade bread. Highly recommended! I stay here for years now, best place ever.
