When booking a room with FourRooms Blackpool (directly through us or any website linked to us) your contract includes these terms & conditions
We take your credit card details in order to secure your room. We will confirm your booking via e-mail or through the post.
A non-returnable 30% deposit will be taken to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be taken 30 days before arrival.
Our check in time is from 3.00pm until 8.00pm, if you want to arrive earlier, please contact us and we will try to accomodate you as best we can,
otherwise we will happily store your luggage until your room is ready. Checkout is 10.30 am where room and car park space must be vacated.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation, and the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival.
However if you don’t cancel or you don’t turn up we will have to charge the full booking to your card.
FourRooms Blackpool is a totally non smoking establishment, so not permitted on the premises.
Only food provided by the establishment is permitted. No takeaway or delivered food by guests permitted within the premises. Breach of these rules will incur a charge of a minimum of an extra nights cost.
Spray Tan. Hair Colours and Dyes. Irons. Candles. Hot Foods or Takeaways
Guests liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company
or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.
Holiday Insurance is recommended for all guest visits.
It is our policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Proprietor, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Proprietor, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the guest accommodations discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the premises.
Only registered guests are permitted over our threshold and into our premises.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the accommodation property (Furnishings, Fixtures and Fittings) or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, & send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, & send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the accommodation, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the guest accommodation due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the premises. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the accommodaitons discretion. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, & send an invoice/receipt for the amount to the registered address.
We offer guaranteed off street parking (one car per Suite). All vehicles are parked at the owners risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the guest accommodation car park, the accommodation cannot accept any liability.We request that Keys to parked cars are left within the locked suite whilst parked in case of emergency. If a vehicle is left in the guest accommodation car park for more than 4 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the guest accommodation, the guest accommodation reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owners expense.
We offer free broadband wi-fi internet access through our BT Business facility. Four Rooms will not be held liable should such service have temporary downtime or intermittent faults. Guests are fully responsible for any internet services or websites that they may use during their stay.
